Return & Refund Policy – Cultured

At Cultured, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Upon Delivery

Trying on items upon delivery is not permitted.

You are welcome to inspect your order upon arrival to ensure everything is correct. If there is any issue with the order, you may return it immediately with the delivery representative.

Due to courier company regulations and to avoid delays in the delivery process, customers are not allowed to try on products at the time of delivery.

Please note that partial acceptance of an order is not permitted. You may not keep some items and return others from the same shipment.

The order must be either:

* Accepted in full, or
* Returned in full with the courier.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Returns & Refunds After Delivery

If you wish to return an item after receiving your order, please follow the steps below:

Return Request Period

You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to request a return.

How to Request a Return

Please submit a return request through our Return & Exchange Form and provide the following information:

* Full name
* Order number
* A clear photo of the product in its original packaging with all tags attached
* The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

Review Process

Return requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Return Shipping & Fees

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
* A fee of EGP 100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover delivery, warehousing, and inventory handling costs.

Return Collection

Once the return request is approved, a courier will collect the item within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed via Instapay within 3–4 business days.

Estimated Timeline

The complete return and refund process typically takes up to 14 days from the date the return request is submitted.

نسعى في Cultured لتقديم تجربة تسوق مريحة وواضحة لعملائنا، لذا يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد التالية قبل إتمام الطلب.

عند الاستلام

لا تتوفر خدمة تجربة المنتجات عند التسليم.

يمكنك فحص الطلب والتأكد من صحة المحتويات قبل استلامه. وفي حال وجود أي مشكلة، يمكنك إرجاع الطلب بالكامل إلى مندوب الشحن في نفس لحظة التسليم.

ونظرًا لسياسات شركات الشحن وحرصًا على عدم تعطيل عملية التوصيل، لا يُسمح بتجربة المنتجات أثناء الاستلام.

كما يرجى ملاحظة أنه لا يمكن استلام جزء من الطلب وإرجاع جزء آخر. يجب أن يكون القرار إما:

* استلام الطلب بالكامل.
* أو إرجاع الطلب بالكامل مع مندوب الشحن.

بإتمام عملية الشراء، فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

طلبات الاسترداد بعد الاستلام

إذا رغبت في إرجاع طلبك بعد استلامه، يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:

مدة تقديم الطلب

يجب التواصل معنا خلال 72 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

طريقة تقديم الطلب

يرجى تعبئة نموذج الإرجاع والاسترداد عبر الموقع الإلكتروني، مع إرفاق المعلومات التالية:

* الاسم الكامل.
* رقم الطلب.
* صورة واضحة للمنتج داخل تغليفه الأصلي مع بقاء جميع الملصقات والبطاقات متصلة.
* يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها.

مراجعة الطلب

سيتم مراجعة طلب الإرجاع والرد عليه خلال 48 ساعة عمل (باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية).

رسوم الإرجاع والاسترداد

* يتحمل العميل كامل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.
* لا تشمل المبالغ المستردة رسوم الشحن المدفوعة مسبقًا.
* يتم خصم رسوم قدرها 100 جنيه مصري من قيمة الاسترداد لتغطية تكاليف الشحن والتخزين والعمليات التشغيلية المرتبطة بالمخزون.

استلام المنتج المرتجع*

بعد الموافقة على الطلب، سيتم ترتيب استلام المنتج خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

استرداد المبلغ

بمجرد وصول المنتج إلى المخزن واجتيازه الفحص، سيتم تحويل المبلغ المستحق عبر Instapay خلال 3 إلى 4 أيام عمل.

المدة الإجمالية

تستغرق عملية الإرجاع والاسترداد بالكامل عادةً ما يصل إلى 14 يومًا من تاريخ تقديم طلب الاسترداد.
